Luxe Recruitment is an online employment platform specialising in luxury professions covering the Retail, Hospitality, Catering, Events and Real Estate sectors. We pay particular attention to candidates’ language skills, making this one of the key criteria in our screening process.

It is important to note that our role differs from that of a traditional recruitment agency. In fact, we operate as an online job board, facilitating direct connections between relevant candidates and companies from the luxury industry.

To use our online services, you need to create an account.

Our job board aims to simplify the recruitment process in luxury-related sectors by offering an efficient and user-friendly way of matching employers with qualified and multilingual candidates.

  • 1 Month: €290/month excl. VAT
  • 6 Months: €230/month excl. VAT Total: €1,380 instead of €1,740 
  • 12 Months: €205/month excl. VAT Total: €2,460 instead of €3,480

Each subscription is automatically renewed and can be cancelled at any time from your personal space before its expiry date.

To be able to create your account and benefit from our online services, your company must operate in the luxury industry, which includes areas such as Hospitality, Retail, Catering, Events and Real Estate.

Recruitment agencies specialising in these sectors can also benefit from our online services.

Before you can post your job offers and explore our CV library, the first step is to create your account. To do this, click on “Login/Register” at the top right of your screen or directly here.

Then select the “EMPLOYER” option to complete the registration form. Don’t forget to add your logo to stand out from the other companies. Only the fields marked with an (*) are compulsory and necessary for us to process your application on our platform.

Once you have completed the form, you will receive a confirmation link by e-mail. Click on this link to activate your account. If you do not receive the e-mail, please check your spam or junk mail folder.

After activating your account, log in to your personal space using your e-mail address and password. This will take you to your Dashboard, where you can fill in any missing information about your company.

From your personal space, in the menu on the left of your screen, select Choose a subscription. Select the package that suits your needs, then complete the billing form and click on “Subscribe” to finalise your subscription.

Once you have subscribed, go to your Dashboard and select Post Job Offer. Fill in the form to write the job offer you want to post. Make sure to fill in the fields marked with an (*) as they are mandatory.

  • Job Title*: Specify the title of the position and its location. (e.g. Trilingual Sales Advisor – Paris, France)
  • Job Description: Carefully craft your job offer. This step requires special attention to attract the best talents. Start with an introduction to the offer, then list the tasks and required skills.
  • Industry: Choose the industry to which the position belongs from the drop-down menu.
  • URL of the presentation video & Photos: You can add a link to a video or photos representing your company. This provides candidates with an overview of the workplace and allows them to envision themselves there.
  • Location: Select the country and region of the position.
  • Click “Save and Preview” to see an overview of your job offer before publishing.
  • To publish it online, click “Post the Offer“.

During your subscription period, you are free to post an unlimited number of job offers.

Each job offer remains online for 30 days from the date of publication. If the position has been filled, you can remove the ad before its expiry date.

Once you have subscribed to one of our plans, you can access our full CV library and download candidates’ CVs. To do this, click on OUR CANDIDATES in the menu at the top of your screen. Use the filters on the left to refine your search by keywords, geolocation and/or language skills. To refine your search by sector of activity, simply click on the category under the candidate’s name.

Click on the candidate you are interested in and from their profile page you can download their CV.

Once your vacancies have been published online, you will receive e-mail notifications, together with the candidates’ CVs, for each new submission. You can also view applications directly from your personal account, in the Applicants received section.

From your personal space, click on Company. In the “About the company” section, add key information about your company, highlighting its culture, values and distinctive assets. Don’t forget to highlight the career opportunities and benefits offered to employees.

Include visual elements such as representative photos of your working environment. If possible, add a link to a video of your company in the “” section.

By creating an attractive Employer Branding, you increase your chances of attracting highly qualified talent.

You can update or rectify all your information at any time from your personal space.

  • Go to the home page and click on “Login/Register“, then on “Forgot your password?“. Enter your email address and click on “New password“.
  • You will then receive an e-mail with your new temporary password. Log in to your account with your e-mail and your new password. If you do not receive the e-mail, please check your spam or junk mail folder. 
  • We ask you to change it to a new one of your choice. To do so, click on “Change password” in the menu on the left of your personal space. Enter your temporary password and the new password of your choice and click on Change Password.

I am a Candidate

  • Personalised Job Alerts: Candidates can set up job alerts to receive instant notifications of new opportunities matching their criteria, speeding up their job search process.

Our platform is free for job seekers. You can :

  • Create a personal account.
  • Apply online to job offers.
  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Reside in an EU country and hold an EU work permit.
  • Possess fundamental professional and human qualities such as motivation, reliability, good appearance, commitment, and punctuality.
  • Demonstrate a passion for the field in which you are applying.
  • Have at least 1 year experience or training in the luxury industry.
  • Proven multicultural skills enabling you to adapt to and understand the codes, habits and needs of international customers.
  • Fluency in French and English and/or another language such as :

           – Russian
           – Mandarin (Chinese)
           – Japanese
           – Literary Arabic
           – Italian
           – Portuguese
           – German
           – Spanish
           – Dutch

Your profile will be examined by our administrator and approved within 24 hours if it meets our registration criteria.

Before you can submit your application online, you must first create an account. To do this, click on Login/Register at the top right of your screen.

This will display a pop-up window in which you must select the Register option at the bottom of the window.

A new page will open, inviting you to fill in a form. Make sure you select the form dedicated to Candidates, as the other is reserved for Recruiters.

It is important to fill in all the information to make the registration process quicker.

Please note that once you have submitted the form, your profile will be reviewed by our administrators before your account is validated within 24 hours. This screening is essential to ensure that your profile meets our registration criteria.

Once your account has been approved by our administrators, log in to your personal space and update your profile.

We recommend that you provide as much information about yourself as possible to make your profile more relevant and attractive for recruiters. The fields marked with an asterisk (*) are compulsory and essential for processing your registration request on our job board.

From your personal space, go to the My Profile section to update your profile information.


  • Name & Surname *: Enter your First Name and Last Name.
  • Age: Choose your age range from the drop-down list.
  • Categories: Select the sector in which you intend to work.
  • City / Zip code *: Enter your city and the postcode where you live (e.g. Paris / 75008).
  • Gender: Choose your gender
  • About me *: Briefly introduce yourself in a few lines (maximum 5), highlighting your personality, qualities, and expectations. Please do not include your first name, surname or contact details in this section, as this information is only accessible to companies registered on Luxe Recrutement.


List at least your last three professional experiences, from the most recent to the oldest.

  • Click on “Click here to add experience 1“.
  • Title : Specify the positions you have held in the companies you have worked for (e.g. Trilingual sales advisor).
  • Start date: Indicate the approximate start date of your work experience.
  • End date: Indicate the approximate end date of your work experience.
  • Company: Indicate the full and official name of the company for which you worked. Don’t forget to mention the location (City, Country).
  • Description: Give a concise description of your main responsibilities and tasks (e.g. Welcoming international customers and building customer loyalty. Meet and exceed sales targets. Manage stock…)
  • Click on “Add Another Experience” to enter a new professional experience.


List at least your most recent training course, from the most recent to the oldest.

  • Click on “Click here to add Education 1“.
  • Title: Indicate the specialization or title of the diploma.
  • Academy: Specify the name of the school or training center, and its location (City, Country).
  • Year: State the year in which you completed your studies or the period of your course (e.g. 2001 or 1999-2001).
  • Description: Mention the skills acquired during the course or any awards obtained.
  • Click on “Add Another Education” to include a new one.


  • List your skills, for example “Commercial” or “Pack Office” and indicate the percentage of mastery of these skills.


  • Choose the level of your degree from the list.

Job Title:

  • Specify here the position you are looking for (e.g. Assistant Manager)

Location *:

  • Choose the region in which you live from the list.

Language skills:

Choose the languages you master and specify the level (A1 to C2, Native) (e.g. Language – Italian, Level – C1).

Please note that the levels are divided as follows:

  • A1 – Basic User (introductory level)
  • A2 – Elementary user (beginner level)
  • B1 – Independent user (intermediate level)
  • B2 – Independent user (advanced level)
  • C1 – Experienced user (autonomous level)
  • C2 – Advanced user (bilingual level)
  • Native – mother tongue

Introduction Video URL :

Add a link to a short presentation video (under 3 minutes) in which you talk about your background, skills, language skills and motivations.

Show my profile :

Choose to show or hide your profile according to your current position.

Don’t forget to click on “Save Profile” to confirm your registration.

To browse job offers, click on FIND JOBS in the main menu at the top of the page. Use the filters on the left to refine your search according to keywords, type of contract, sector of activity and/or location.

To apply for a job offer of your choice, simply click on the “Apply Now” button to the right of the vacancy title. A pop-up window will open allowing you to select your CV to be sent and to write a brief covering message for your application. Then click on the “Apply Job” button. Recruiters will then receive your application immediately in their inbox.

Make sure you only apply for jobs that match your skills and career aspirations.

Once you have applied online, several steps may occur. Firstly, your application is sent instantly to the recruiters concerned. If your profile matches their expectations, you may be contacted for interviews, assessments, or other stages in the recruitment process. It is advisable to keep an eye on your communications, including your e-mail inbox, for any updates or requests for further information from the company.

Also keep an eye on your personal space on Luxe Recruitment to follow the status of your application.

To make your profile attractive to recruiters, follow these tips:

  • Professional photo: Use a neat, professional photo that conveys a positive image of you.
  • Impactful summary: Write a concise summary highlighting your key skills, professional experience, and aspirations.
  • Detailed professional experience: Describe your professional experience in detail, highlighting your significant achievements and contributions.
  • Key skills: Highlight your essential skills in a dedicated section to make it easier for recruiters to read.
  • Education and certifications: Include your diplomas, relevant certifications, and training to enhance your credibility.
  • Languages spoken: Specify the languages you master, especially in the multilingual context of the luxury sector.
  • Recommendations: Ask for recommendations from colleagues, supervisors, or clients to boost your credibility.
  • Regular updates: Update your profile regularly by adding new experience, skills or certifications.

We recommend that you keep your account even if you have found a new position.

However, if you don’t want to be contacted by recruiters for a while, you can hide your profile. To do this, go to your personal space, click on My Profile and go to the bottom of the form. In the “Show my profile” section, select the status of your choice.

Remember to reactivate it in “Show” mode if you want to find professional opportunities later.
